“Pushing Daisies” is about Ned, a Pie maker. But he’s no ordinary person. He has a gift, he can bring the dead back to life. But there are rules. If he keeps the Person/Animal/Plant alive for more than 1 Minute (60 Seconds) something else has to die in it’s place. After he does that, he can never touch that Person/Animal/Plant again or it would die, forever.  His Childhood sweetheart, Charlotte “Chuck” Charles died in the series so he touched her and brought her to life for more than one minute. He owns “The Pie Hole” with waitress, Olive Snook Who has an enormous crush on Ned. He has a Business Partner in the dead-waking business called Emerson Cod. Chuck has two “aunts” called Lily and Vivian Charles.

This is about when Ned first touches Chuck.

This is the first time Emerson calls Chuck “Dead Girl” as he does in both Seasons 1 and 2.
